Grate the gourd and strain the juice

Saute it with a pinch of salt till the moisture dries up

Now heat ghee and add the grated gourd

Now add milk and cover till it is soft

Add mawa and chena stir well adding sugar

Stir continuously to avoid sticking to the bottom

Now add chopped nuts and milk powder and mix well

Add cardamom crush mix well

Switch off and spread the mixture on a dish

Cut into cubes and keep in a refrigerater and serve it cool
