First, knead the dough with little water.

Rest it for 20 minutes

Now made stuffing. Heat oil and add ginger garlic and chilli.

Saute for a minute and add onion.

When onion shrink slightly add paneer and salt and pepper.

Now knead the dough and make small balls.

Dust the maida on rolling surface and roll a ball thin.

Place a tbsp stuffing in the center. Start plating from one side to another and secure tight

Heat a steamer and arrange the momos in every container.

Steam for 10-12 minutes.Now place in a serving plate. Enjoy with chutney.
