In a big bowl take wheat flour Gramflour mix well add chopped onions, chopped green chili fenugreek leaves (wash and roughly chopped)

Add pomegranate seeds (crush) cumin add all dry spices now add little water make dove little tight (don't make loose dove) cover dove & rest for 10-15 min.

Now apply oil on dove take small portion make a ball roll thik like paratha

Heat pan / tawa put roll out koki roast both side applying oil both side

Your tasty koki is ready to eat Eat with curd, tea, papad or single it's very tasty you can keep in travelling also
