Cooking Instructions

In a bowl take whipp cream,condensed milk,almond essence and milk,beat/churn it till soft peak formed,add (soak saffron in one spoon warm milk)add saffron milk and again beat it

Take out mixture in a container cover with cling wrap /plastic and close lid and deep freeze it for at-least4 hours

After four hours take it out beat it once again and now take it out in container add all dry fruits and mix it

Cover it with cling wrap,close lid and once again deep freeze it for around six hours or till it sets

Soft, creamy,rajbhog ice cream is ready
