1 cupbesan/gram flour
1/2 cupraw rice flour
1/2 cupmaida/All-purpose flour
to tastesalt and red chilli powder
1/2 tspturmeric powder
pinchasafoetida
1/2 tspgarlic paste
1big potato

Sile the potatoes

Mix all the given ingredients into a thick batter

Heat the oil and coat the potato slices one by one and deep fry in the oil till golden brown.
