Peel ur yam cut and wash...

Put d yam inside pot add water lil salt and sugar and allow to boil

When it softens immerse ur yam in egg and Start frying

Cut ur liver into desired shape...wash and put it inside pot

Add water seasonings nd spices and allow to boil

When d water is almost drain add in veg. Oil onion and scotch bonnet and allow to simmer for 5mins and ur liver sauce is done
