Steps

Add salt and lemon juice in sliced onions. Mix well and keep aside.

Heat oil in a pan or kadai on medium heat.

Add peanuts and roast until they turned light golden brown.

Add cashews in it and roast until light golden colour. Don't burn them.

Remove peanuts and cashews on a plate.

In the same pan add
Split urad dal and saute until it turn golden brown. - 7
Add dried red chillies, green chillies, mustard seeds, asafoetida and curry leaves. Saute well.

Now add sliced onions in it. Saute for one minute.

Add turmeric powder in it. Stir well.

Now add boiled rice in it. Mix well and cook for two minutes.

Add coriander leaves, roasted peanuts and cashews in it. Mix well.

It's ready. Serve hot.
