  • Marshed fish
  • Flour
  • Vegetable oil
  • Seasoings
  • Baking powder
  • Onions and scotched bonnet
  • Spices

    Make a flour dough by mixing with little vegetable oil,pinch of salt,baking powder,keep in a warm place to let the dough form

  2. 2

    Add seasonings,spices,onions and scotched bonnet to the marshed fish and mix

  3. 3

    Using a rolling pin,flatten the dough,cut to desirable shape,add fillings and roll.

  4. 4

    Deep fry your fish pie in a hot oil until golden brown

  5. 5

    Serve warm.
