  • 2 cupsSemolina
  • 1 cupFlour
  • 2eggs
  • 1 tspyeast
  • 1/2 tspbaking powder
  • 3scotch bonnet chopped
  • 1medium onion chopped
  • 1 tbspsugar
  • 1/2 tspsalt

    In a large and clean bowl mix together the semo,flour yeast sugar salt and baking powder with water to make a thick and smooth batter, cover it and allow to proof.

    Then whisk the eggs, and the chopped bonnet and onion in a bowl or cup and pour it into the well proofed batter stir it very well and start frying like normal masa.serve hot with anything u like eating ur masa with. Taaadaaa!
