Soak the guajillo chiles in hot water.

Rinse the hominy, add a little oregano, and cook until the kernels are tender and start to open.

Once the hominy is ready, add the chicken breast and cook. When the chicken is cooked, shred it.

Blend the guajillo chiles, strain the mixture, and add it to the hominy.

Next, blend the onion with garlic and oregano, add this to the pot, season, and let it simmer for about 10 more minutes.

Serve in a bowl and top with radishes, lettuce, avocado, and lime. Enjoy with tostadas.
