Ingredients

  1. 4 tspDry Mint Powder
  2. 4 tspRoasted Cumin Powder
  3. 1/2 tspBlack pepper Powder
  4. 2 tspCitric Acid
  5. 1 tspGinger Powder
  6. 1/4 tspHing
  7. 2 tspBlack salt
  8. 2 tspSalt
  9. 1 tspSugar
  10. 2 tspDry mango Powder

  1. 1

    To prepare this soothing spice drink, mix all the ingredients well and store in a clean glass container.

  2. 2

    To make Jaljeera, mix 1 tsp powder in one glass of chilled water. Add some ice cubes and lemon juice and serve immediately.

  3. 3

    Add mint, coriander and ginger in a blender.

  4. 4

    Add little water and grind to make a smooth puree.

  5. 5

    Transfer the puree in a glass bowl. Add the remaining ingredients and mix well. Serve Chilled.
