  • Medium sized potatoes
  • Salt
  • Black pepper
  • Mixed herb spices

Steps

20 minutes
  1. 1

    Wash and peel your potatoes

  2. 2

    Cut into wedge shapes and wash them

  3. 3

    Blanch for 5 minutes (add salt, black pepper, and mixed herb spices

  4. 4

    Let your deep dying oil get hot and then deep fry your potatoes until they brown

  5. 5

    Sprinkle a tiny pinch of the mixed herb spices and Serve
