Ingredients

4 people
  • 8bone in chicken thighs
  • 4lemons
  • 1/2 sticksalted butter
  • Season salt

Steps

  1. 1

    Place chicken in a 9x12 deep baking dish. Squeeze 4 lemons over the chicken. Place cube of butter in center of pan, sprinkle chicken with season salt.

  2. 2

    Bake in preheated 375 degree oven for about an hour, flipping chicken over once during process.
