125 gramcurd
1onion finely chopped
1/2 tomato
2potato boiled
50 gmsev
as your tasteSalt
as per tasteRed chilli powder
1 tsp Cumin powder
1 tsp Chaat Masala
as neededTamarind sauce

Make a small hole in puri and add potato, onion and tomato.

Add curd and add all spices and tamarind sauce then add sev.
