Chicken Manchurian with Fried Rice

Steps

Boil the rice in seasoned water,cut the veggies in cubes.

Marinate the chicken with the egg,garlic powder,1tbs soy and chilli sauce.salt and pepper and let it rest for 30-35 mins.

In a pan,heat oil,add the chopped garlic,fry for 5 mins,add in the marinated chicken and cook until done.Once cooked then add the carrots,capsicum and onion,add in the soy sauce,chilli garlic sauce,tomato ketchup,and stir and let it cook for 8 mins.In the end add in the the water and simmer on low flame for 10-15 mins.

For fried rice,in a pot,heat oil,fry the spring onions and cabbage on high flame,add in the remaining chilli and soy sauce and mix it well with the rice and serve hot with the Manchurian.

Garnish with chilli flakes or remaining green onion
