1/2 cupvanilla ice cream 1tblsp Honey
10-11soft dates (deseeded & chopped)
1large banana 1/2 cup ice cubes

now add the ice cream, ice cubes and blend.
Pour into the two glasses top off the shake 1 scoop of ice cream &
