Steps

Firstly heat the pan. Add mustard seeds, curry leaves. When crackle add ginger garlic.

Saute for a minute and add sliced onion.mix and saute till they starts to turn golden.

Now add Mushrooms.mix very well till the water has evaporated and Mushrooms cooked

Now add bell peppers. Saute till they should have some crunch.

Then add black pepper, salt and spring onion greens.

Mix very well. Serve mushroom pepper fry with chapati.
