Cook & peel the sweet potato then mash it using masher or food processor & add in the chopped spring onions, grated carrots, chopped red bell peppers, egg, seasonings & 1 spoon flour then Mix.

Scoop them into balls then use your hands to press the top then coat them in flour & fry in low heat on a pan until it start turning brown then flip...🌶🥔🥕Mammamia...enjoy & happy eating👍🏻

You can add little oil while frying, then garnish with vegetables of choice i used lettuce, tomatoes & onions!
