Steps

Make a tight dough with flour, ghee, salt and water.. Keep aside for half an hour.

After 1/2 hour make small round bal with the dough
- 3
Give them oval shape with rolling pin... Cut it with knife.. And twist it as shows in the pics
- 4
Deep fry it till it becomes golden brown.

Make sugar syrup. Add saffron. Sugar syrup shoud be thicken. And dip all fried elojhelo in sugar syrup and leave it till it Dries. Elojhelo is ready to serve
