In a mixer jar take rava and add 2 tsp ghee and mix it.

Take this mixture in a bowl and add milk as required to form a dough. Keep the dough aside for 10 -15 minutes.

Then turn on the gas, take vessel add sugar and half cup water. When sugar melts and starts boiling add cardamom powder, kesar syrup and lemon juice.when the syrup becomes sticky turn off the gas.sugar syrup is ready.

Take the dough and make small puris of it.deep fry puris in oil till golden brown.

Then add puris in the sugar syrup. Add only 2 puris in a sugar syrup at a time.

Take out puris from syrup put it in a plate and garnish it with dryfruits.
