Steps

Take one bowl mix rajgara flour and buttermilk and mix well there shoud be no lumps.

In pan heat ghee, cumin seeds curry leaves, green chillis, garlic and saute for 1 minute.

Then add kathi.add sugar and sault also. Stir very well and allow the rajgira curry to simmer as per taste.

Garnish with curry and coriander leaves.
