to tasteboiled hyacinth beans
to tastechopped onion
to tastegarlic
to tasteTamarid juice
to tastecoriander powder
to tastechili powder
to tastegrated coconut paste
to tasteOil
to tastesalt
to tasteturmeric powder
to tastemustard seeds
to tastecumin seeds

Heat oil add cumin and mustard seeds and add onion, garlic and sauté then add boiled beans, all powders and tamarind juice, coconut paste and allow it to cook for 15-20 mins on low flame and finally add pumpkin and cook for 5-7 mins. will be good with rice.
