Hibiscus shape Steamed modak
These are special modak made for ganapati ji.
Steps

Boil 2 cups of water with pinch of salt.

When water boils switch off the gas add rice flour mix it fast and cover it a the keep for 5 to 7min.

Knead very well when it's hot.

For filling saute coconut in a spoonful of ghee. Add grated Jaggery, dry fruits, cardamom powder. Mix well.

Take dough add red food colour and knead. And in 2 small portions add yellow and green colours.

Make round of red dough and put filling in a the close it a the flatten. Now with the help of knife try to make shape of hibiscus flower.

Use green colour for leaves. A the yellow for pollen grains in the flower.

Steam them for 10 min

Serve hot with ghee.
