Steps

First wash meat

Now take a plate add zeera methi Dana sonf bdi ilachi darr cheeni sabut dhanya black chilli brown leaf

Now grind all spice given above add red chili powder chilli flakes and kalonghi in it mix well

Now grind tomatoes and yoghurt too

Take a pan fry onion in a pan fry till soft

Add powder mixture in it keep little powder mixture a side remaining add

Fry well add mutton in it fry well till oil left

Now add tomato and yoghurt paste cook in a low flame till oil is left and meat is tender

If not tender add half cup water

Cook till meat is tender and water dry till oil left

Take remaining mixture add lemon juice in it make paste add this paste between cut green chilli

Now add green chilli and cook 5 min

Tasty achar ghosht ready to serve with green corainder
