  • 1 cupyoghurt
  • 1 tsppeanut butter
  • 1/2 cupmilk
  • Pinchsaffron
  • Pinchfennel seeds
  • 1/2 tsphoney

    Take all the ingredients in a blender jar and blend into smoothie.
