In a bowl take 1.5cup besan, 3/4th cup curd, 1chopped green chilli, 1teaspoon grated ginger, 1teaspoon salt, 1tablespoon sugar and some water to make a smooth batter, now add 1 eno packet and 1 tablespoon lemon juice and mix faster.

Now take a cake mould and grease it, now fill it half and steam it for 10-12 mins.

Take 2 tablespoon oil, 1teaspoon sarso/ rai, 2 pinches hing,4-5 slit green chilli, 5-6 curry leaves and fry now, add 4-5 tablespoon lemon juice, 1glass water, 3-4tablespoon sugar and let it to 1boil and now let it cool down.

Now take out the prepared dhokla from the mould and cut square pieces. Now on top add the water prepared and let it absorb the water. Enjoy!!
