Take all ingredients for the dough and knead a semi soft dough.

Boil the potatoes. Peel and smash the potatoes to a smooth paste. Add all the ingredients for the stuffing. Mix well

Now make small balls from the dough. Roll it with a rolling pin, add the stuffing. Cover it and roll it again. Now heat a pan and roast it on both sides till done using oil.

Serve the aloo parantha hot hot. (With curd/sauce/pickle or chutney).
