Take a pan heat it then add oil add potato sprinkle little oil and saute.cooked for 4-5 minutes on medium to low flame.after that add onion and saute 2 minutes.

Now add the chopped capsicum and tomato add 1/2 tsp pepper powder,chilli flakes and 1/2 tsp salt.mix to them.cover and cooked on medium flame for 2 minutes.Stir mixture and allow tomato to soften then spread all mixture evenly in a pan

Gently crack the eggs on top sprinkle little pepper powder and salt on eggs. add green chillies and few Coriander leaves.cover the pan and cooked for 5-6 minutes on low flame.

The Omelette is ready to serve
