Firstly knead the dough by adding water in the wheat flour and let it rest for half hour..

Now cut the palak leaves finely..and wash it 2-3 times and drain out water with a dry cloth.

Now take out a ball from the dough and roll it out..and apply ghee then add palak, add all dry masale..you can also add onions if you want.

Now coat it with dry flour and roll gently and put on hot tawa and make parathas by applying ghee..

Your healthy palak paratha is ready..enjoy with butter,dahi or chai.
