Now mix the wheat flour,maida, baking powder, baking soda, salt, sugar, oil, vinegar & yoghurt in a mixing bowl and make a soft dough and rest it for at least 10 mins.

Now for the paneer stuffing in a kadai heat butter and add the chopped garlic. Saute the garlic for sometime.

Now add chopped onion to the kadai. Once the onion is partially cooked add the chopped tomatoes and capsicum.

Saute the vegetables are on a medium flame.

Now add the paneer finely cut in cubes. Add salt and saute the mixture.

Just before turning off the heat, add black pepper, mixed herbs, chilli flakes & tomato sauce.

Now keep aside the paneer stuffing.

Now divide the dough into 6 equal portions. Take one portion and roll into a round shape.

Now fold the roti in triangular shape.

Roll the triangular roti slightly and then apply 1 tsp spread at the centre then add paneer to it.

Now fold the pockets from the three corners and stick them together at the centre.

Now apply little butter to the pockets and sprinkle chilli flakes & mixed herbs on it.

For baking - preheat the kadai with some salt for about 10 mins and then place the paneer pockets in a plate in the kadai.

Cover the kadai and on a low flame let it bake for 30-35 mins.
