A beautiful classic burger to spice up your summer barbecues
Cooking Instructions
- 1
Prepare barbecue for cooking. In a large bowl mix together all the burger ingredients until well mixed
- 2
With damp hands divide the mixture into 4 balls and roll each between your palms until smooth. Flatten each ball out into a large fat disc to thickness of about 3 cm? And pat the edges in to tidy them up
- 3
Place the burgers on a plate, cover with cling film, and chill for 30 minutes.
- 4
Cook over a hot barbecue for 6 to 8 minutes until the meat is springy to the touch and the edges charred. Toast the buns on the inside to make them crispy
- 5
Assemble the burgers and serve. Bon appetite!

Creamy Burger Delight Creamy Burger Delight
I had hamburger thawed out but didn't want meat sauce and didn't have time for meatballs. I came up with this creation. I was told it was my top 6th dinner that I make. I served it over toast for my boyfriend and I tried to lessen the carbs for mine so as you can see from the pic I just had mine in a bowl. Brenda Ruchel -
Burger Salad Burger Salad
I was going to make burgers with buns for dinner last night until the hubs told me he was not feeling the buns because his weeklong work function served sandwiches at lunch every day.So we went with a burger salad, incorporating four different recipes from Cookpad, all of which are pretty easy and don't take that much time. (See Method section for urls for each recipe.)I didn't give exact measurements because it's one of those assembly deals where you can put as much or as little of a thing as you like for your salad. That was one tasty low-starch way to enjoy a burger. Thank you, Kostas1213 and Yorkie! :) x -

Hidden Veggie Bistro Burger Hidden Veggie Bistro Burger
Chopped veggies mixed with lean ground beef flavored with Savory sauce. Baked inside a mushroom cap. It can be eaten alone. I personally recommend using a slice of P28 bread, bread and butter pickle slices, and pepper jack cheese. Super delicious flavorful and loaded full of veggies and protein. I used up leftover ground beef and got 3 burgers Honeybeelifting
