Ingredients

  1. 500 gmMud Crab
  2. 60 gmGround White Peppers
  3. 150 mlEvaporated Milk
  4. 100 gmChopped Onion
  5. 300 mlWater
  6. 3 tbspButter
  7. 1/2 tspSalt
  8. 1/2 tspSugar

Cooking Instructions

    Heat up the wok and put in 3tbsp of Butter

  2. 2

    Before the butter is fully melted, put in the white ground peppers and Chopped onion Stir-fry until you feel the white pepper smell

  3. 3

    Add in 300ml of water and 150ml Evaporated milk, bring to a boil...

  4. 4

    Lastly add in the Crab and cover to boil for 10 to 15 minutes with medium heat... and ready to be served.
