  2. 1 cupSoaked Rajma(kidney beans)
  3. 3tomatoes Chopped
  4. 2onions chopped
  5. 3green chillies
  6. 1 tspginger garlic paste
  7. 1 tspred chilli powder
  8. 1/2 tspturmeric powder
  9. 1 tspdhaniya jeera (coriander cumin powder)
  10. 1/2 tsp poppy seeds
  11. As neededGhee or oil for tadka
  12. PinchHing/asafoetida
  13. 1/2 tsp baking soda

    Boile rajama incooke with salt bakigsoda five whistle till cooker cools fry

    In other spoon all the ingrediants withtomato now crush into gine paste

    Then in other pan take ghee and oil for tadaka then mix the paste initabd cookwith allthe dry masalas then add rajamaand stire well and mix well and cook for ten minutes then mix with lemon juice to get the nice colour and serve with rice or chapati
