Cooking Instructions

Mix all wet ingredients and whisk well then add all dry ingredients and add to the wet ingredients and combine well

Then in a greased tin pour the cake mixture and place in the preheated oven at 180° and cook for 40 minutes or until cooked
- 3
Then take out and let it cool then demould the cake and serve

Fruit Cake Fruit Cake
This is the Indonesian version of Fruit & Nut cake (no nuts in my photo though). It's using a mix of sugar and dark and sticky palm sugar. You need to shave or shred the palm sugar to make it easier to beat.
