Steps

Add 1ltr water with salt & 1 tbsp oil in a vessel. When water is boiled add noodles & cook fr 6 or 7 mnt than sieve the water add cool water again sieved the water. Than add 1 tbsp oil & saute.

Cut all the veggies.

Marinate chicken wt 1tsp vinegar, 1/2 tsp black pepper, salt, 1 egg, cornflour.

In a pan add 2tbsp oil shallow fry chicken pieces than remove in plate, in a same pan, add 1tsp oil and fry egg with black pepper, salt and remove them.

Add 3tbsp oil add onion, garlic and saute them. Now add all the veggies add sugar &fry them.

Add chicken & egg. Than add salt, 1 tsp black pepper, 1 tsp vinegar, red chilli sauce, soya sauce and mix well.

Lastly add noodles & saute well. Add spring onion grass mix well & enjoy.
