For tart shell: Sieve the flour and salt.
Mix butter, rub till it becomes like bread crumbs. - 2
Add water and make a stiff dough and refrigerate for at least 15 min. Divide the dough into 10. Equal portions.

Roll out a portion of the dough into 4 inches diameter. Place the circles into the tart moulds and press gently. Prick them with a fork.

Bake these tart shells at 200 degrees c for10 to 12 mins. Cool the tart shells and demould the tart shells. Now you can fill these tart shells with pasta salad.

For PASTA SALAD

Melt butter in a saucepan over low heat, add flour and cook over medium heat stirring
constantly. Over low heat add milk gradually, stirring constantly to avoid lumps. - 7
In 2 min, it will become sauce-like consistency. Turn off the gas. Mix salt, pepper,oregano and chilli flakes. Cool it.

Mix pasta and veggies into white sauce. Fill these tart shells with pasta salad and enjoy garden fresh mini tart shells.
