In a bowl, add 2 eggs.

Now add chopped onions, tomatoes, chillies, turmeric powder, salt and whisk for 2-3 mins until everything mixed thoroughly.

Now heat a pan, pour oil once heats up, pour the egg mixture, place a slice of bread in the middle of the pan. Dip it & flip immediately. Place it in the middle again & allowing to cook for a few mins.

Fold the sides and continue to cook until it becomes golden brown.

Serve this omelette sandwich with tomato ketchup and a hot cup of tea or coffee.
