Steps

Take all boiling ingredients in a cooker and cook for 4 whistles.

After greens are boiled. Extract the juice and keep the soup aside.

Smash greens using smasher or give a whip in mixer.

Temper all ingredients in a kadai then pour gravy and give a boil.
- 5
Cut stems of the spinach (Thandu keerai) in to small pieces.

Heat a kadai and fry all poriyal ingredients. Splash some water and cook for 3 minutes. Then add coconut shavings. Poriyal is ready

Serve soup, gravy and poriyal with a cup of rice.
