Ingredients

  • 1large onion
  • 2 cupsboiled western/special ndengu (green grams)
  • 1 cupmilk
  • 1 bunchshreded coriander
  • 1large tomato
  • 1 cupgreen peas
  • 1diced carrot
  • Vegetable oil
  • to tasteSalt

Steps

  1. 1

    Fry the onions in oil until translucent. Add in the tomatoes and let them stew while covered until soft. Add in the carrots and peas and let it simmer for 5 minutes.

    Add in the special ndengu, salt and milk let it simmer for ten minutes as it thickens.
