Clean, wash and cut the spinach leaves.

Heat up the kadhai add palak and soak the water. Then Spring out the palak from the kadai.

Now cut potatoes, onion, tomato, garlic cloves, ginger, green chilli.

Heat oil in Kadhai add cumin seeds, add ginger, garlic, green chilli.

Now add chopped onions and cook for 1 minutes, add chopped tomatoes cook for 1 minnutes.

Now add salt, Red chilli powder, garam masala and mix it well.

Add potatoes mix it well and add spinach leaves mix it well and cook for 5-6 minutes.

Put lid on kadhai and let it cook for 12 minutes.

After 12 minutes off the flame and aloo palak is ready to serve with roti.
