Ingredients

3-4 servings
  1. 1large onion chopped
  2. 1 tablespoongarlic and ginger paste
  3. 1pepper (any colour)
  4. 2 tinstomatoes
  5. 2 tablespoonstomato puree
  6. 1 teaspoonsalt
  7. Halfa teaspoon chilli flakes
  8. 1chicken stock cube
  9. 500 gminced chicken
  10. Xawaash spice 2 tablespoons
  11. Spaghetti
  12. Coriander and fresh chillies to garnish

  1. 1

    Fry the onion in some Olive oil cook until soft.

    Add the xawaash spice and tomato puree, fry for a couple of minutes.

  3. 3

    Then add in the garlic, chicken, chilli flakes, and pepper cook until the chicken has browned.

    Then add the tomatos, stock cube and salt. Leave to cook on a low heat for about 45 minutes to an hour. Add coriander and chillies to garnish. Serve on top of cooked spaghetti.
