Chop bananas into broad slices.

In a wok, add ghee, cumin seeds, turmeric powder and green chillies to them. Let them fry well till the chillies turn brown. Now add banana pieces to it.

Now add salt and lemon juice and mix all of the ingredients gently and slowly. Try tossing them so that bananas don't get crumbled.

For this sabji, you can use over ripe bananas too, instead of throwing them away or using then for baking.

And finally the sabji is ready. Garnish it with coriander and enjoy.
