Moringa leaf and pottato stuffed shahi paratha with moringa dip

In a big bowl mix atta maida salt 1 tsp and moringa leaves finely chopped add 1 tbsp butter and mix it again. Now slowly add milk in it and make a dough.

For filling, In a bowl add mashed potatoes onion garam masala salt green chili chat masala.dry roast moringa leaves and hand crush it with hands on the filling. In a small wok heat oil1 tsp add mustard seed 1 tsp when cracking sound come add it in the filling. Add raesin in the filling and mix it.

For dip, add roasted tomato salt sugar moringa leaves red chilli garam masala and blend it. Shift it in a bowl add lemon juice and give mustard seed tadka to it.

Now make a ball of dough fill it with the filling.and roll it with rolling pin on platter. Heat tawa and put parantha on the tawa cook it from both side apply butter to both side.. our parantha is ready.

Serve it hot with moringa dip and curd.
