Cut the chicken breasts into medium pieces and mix with salt and ginger garlic paste. Boil till the water dries out.

Chop the vegetables including coriander leaves. Mince in a mixer.Beat the curd.

Brew the besan on a low flame till its colour changes.

Mix the beaten curd with besan.

Mix the minced vegetables with curd and besan.Add some more ginger garlic paste and a little water and make a thick batter.Dip the chicken pieces in the batter to be sure that the batter is coated uniformly on all sides of the chicken.

Grease a baking plate with butter and besan and place the chicken in a oven 'toaster -griller.Set the griller at 200degree centigrade temperature and cook till the chicken becomes a bit brownish.

Remove from the oven and serve with your favourite dips.
