Ingredients

4 servings
  1. 360 mlwhite rice
  2. 300 gramsfresh chestnuts(peeled)
  3. 1/2carrot
  4. 20 cmburdock
  5. 4shitake mushrooms
  6. 3 cmlotus root
  7. 1 tspsalt
  8. 1 Tbsmirin
  9. 1 Tbssoysauce

Steps

  1. 1

    Rinse rice, add water (a bit less than the specified level), set in the rice cooker.

  2. 2

    Cut the vegetables in to small pieces, and add them to the rice cooker with chestnut.

  3. 3

    Switch the rice cooker on.

  4. 4

    Serve, and add cut seaweed or salt if you like.
