Ingredients

  • 250 gmsPaneer Cubes
  • 3 tbspCorn Flour + 1 tbsp Corn Flour
  • 1roughly chopped Capsicum
  • 1roughly chopped Onion
  • 1 cupSpring Onion Greens
  • 1/2 cupchopped Onion bulbs
  • 8-10finely chopped Garlic Cloves
  • 1 inchfinely chopped Ginger
  • 3-4finely chopped Green Chilies
  • 1 tbspChilli Sauce
  • 1 tbspSoy Sauce
  • 1/2 tspBlack Pepper
  • As per taste Salt
  • 2 tbspOil for stir frying Paneer
  • 2 tbspOil to toss
  • 3 tbspWater

Steps

30 mins
  1. 1

    Take a pan, add 2 tbsp oil, let the oil heat up and add the paneer cubes. Cook it until golden brown from all sides. Keep aside.

    Take a wok/pan, heat 2 tbsp oil on medium to high flame, add Onion, Ginger and Garlic, saute for a minute. Do not overcook.

    Now add chopped Spring onion and spring onion greens and diced capsicum. Saute for 1 more minute.

    Now add 1 tbsp Chili Sauce, 1 tbsp Soy Sauce, 1/2 tsp Black Pepper powder and salt as per taste.

    In a bowl mix, 1 tbsp corn and 3 tbsp Water and make a slurry, add into the mixture

    Add the shallow fried paneer, give it a nice mix. Stir continuously on high flame for about a minute else the corn flour mixture will stick at the bottom.

    Serve hot and garnish with spring onion.
