Paneer Chilli Dry is the best and the starter for any party. It's very quick and easy recipe yet delicious. It's a basic preparation which involves shallow frying or deep frying cornflour coated Paneer. Paneer turns crispy and then it's added to a mixture that has Onion, spring onion, chilies(of course), and Capsicum with chili sauce and soy sauce. It's the best starter for your meal.

It's a basic preparation which involves shallow frying or deep frying cornflour coated Paneer. Take a pan, add 2 tbsp oil, let the oil heat up and add the paneer cubes. Cook it until golden brown from all sides. Keep aside.

Take a wok/pan, heat 2 tbsp oil on medium to high flame, add Onion, Ginger and Garlic, saute for a minute. Do not overcook.

Now add chopped Spring onion and spring onion greens and diced capsicum. Saute for 1 more minute.

Now add 1 tbsp Chili Sauce, 1 tbsp Soy Sauce, 1/2 tsp Black Pepper powder and salt as per taste.

In a bowl mix, 1 tbsp corn and 3 tbsp Water and make a slurry, add into the mixture

Add the shallow fried paneer, give it a nice mix. Stir continuously on high flame for about a minute else the corn flour mixture will stick at the bottom.

Serve hot and garnish with spring onion.
