A dosa is rice pancake, originating from south India, made from a rice a rice fermentation batter. It's main ingredients are rice and urad dal ground together in a fine, smooth batter with a dash of salt, then fermented. Dosas are a common part of the diet in South India, but have become popular all over the Indain Subcontinent, Traditionally, dosa are served hot along with aloo stuffings Sambhar and many types of coconut chutney..
But today I'mein going to give lil twist..I don't want to eat them with traditional way (with aloo stuffing) so I'mein going to prepared it with simply tomato and onion and dash of spices..
