Ingredients

  1. 3/4 cuprice flour
  2. 3/4 cupbesan
  3. 3/4 cuprosted gram flour
  4. 1big onion
  5. 20curry leaves finely chopped
  6. 2green chillies
  7. 1sp ginger chopped finely
  8. 1/2 cupcorriander leaves finely chopped
  9. 1sp ghee
  10. 1/8sp baking soda
  11. 1sp carom seeds
  12. to tasteSalt
  13. Oil for deep fry

    In a mixing bowl add ghee and baking soda and beat with beater for few minutes.

    Chop onion, green chillies,ginger,curry leaves and corriander leaves.

    Add rice flour,b San,rosted gram flour to ghee mix add salt and mix it well.

    Then add chilly powder, carom seeds and onion chopped,ginger chopped,curry leaves, chillies, corriander leaves mix altogether.

    Now add water little by little and make dough like it should not be too soft nor dry.

    Make small balls from dough. Heat oil in kadai and flame should be low to medium heat and fry pokora balls to golden (pokora should cook inside).
