Cauliflower pakoda stays crispy for long time. Addition of cooking soda/ baking soda is essential to make it crispy else gobhi pakoda tastes hard.
Cooking Instructions

In a mixer jar, 2 tbsp semolina and grind to fine powder,transfer it to bowl and then add all the ingredients,ginger garlic paste and mix well.

Cut the cauliflower into small pieces or separate florets. In a vessel, boil 1 liter water for 10 mins and then add florets, turmeric powder,salt. Close the lid and let it sit for 5 mins.(This is to remove the germs from Gobhi).

Strain the gobhi, add it to the dry mixture and coat the masala into all the pieces nicely. Add more corn flour if required and set aside for 15 mins.

Heat oil in a pan and fry all the pieces batch wise. You can use fork to put gobhi pieces into the oil. Fry them until it turns crispy and brown.

Once done, put them on a paper towel and serve hot. Now the tasty crunchy gobhi 65 is ready
