We know oats, honey and peanuts are healthy food for our body. Even seeds are too healthy for our bones.
So I made this for healthy eating.

We know oats, honey and peanuts are healthy food for our body. Even seeds are too healthy for our bones.
So I made this for healthy eating.
Steps

In a food processor, add oats, sunflower, pumpkin and flax seeds. Add chopped fig.

Crush for 4-5sec for 3-4times. Then transfer into bowl and add honey and peanut butter.

Mix well and lastly add cocoa powder and mix well. Take 1tbsp of mixture and make balls. Keep in fridge and consume within 5-7days.
